I have now uploaded all of my remixes (VGM and otherwise) to Bandcamp as their own singles/EPs. They’re still all collected in their “Remixes” and “Video Game Remixes” albums if you want to get them all at once, but this way is a bit cooler, IMO 😉
First off, this appropriately-titled, experimental breakbeat(ish) track I made as my final entry for the SFRG (also mastered by bLiNd, thank you again kind sir):
Then, this killer Halloween-themed My Little Pony house remix:
I’ve started a Patreon page. Patreon is a great way to stay up on my latest work by pledging as little as $1 per song. I’ll usually (hopefully) be doing 1-2 songs a month, and pledging your regular support not only gets you free, advance downloads, but also alternate/early versions and access to my Patron feed where you can talk with me about what I’m doing.
Below is a video explaining the whole thing. I’ve already put up a post with an exclusive rap song that you won’t be hearing anywhere else for a while, so sign up as a supporter to check it out!
I’ve been doing the Sigma Fortress Remix Gauntlet competition that’s currently ongoing over at OverClocked Remix. Voting is open to the public – you just have to be a member of the forums (joining is free), and choose your top three Mega Man remixes for the week.
Below are the two songs I’ve done for the competition so far.i’m a part of team Desert Catz which includes production superstars Flexstyle & bLiNd, make sure to check out their tracks on SoundCloud as well.
So I did something I’ve been wanting to do for a while and make a remix of “Heavy Radiation” (Supernova Research Station) from the PC game Homeworld, which was actually remastered and re-released a couple months ago. It super ambient (just like the original), albeit quite a bit longer. You can hear it on YouTube or SoundCloud (free download). I welcome your thoughts and feedback!
